We build reliable systems, but there might be instances when you require additional assistance with your automated home system. This is where SMARTsupport comes in – our monthly care-plans tailored for your tech equipment.
You can choose from three care packages, depending on your service needs.
An automated home remote alerts and monitoring system.
The SMARTalert system instantly reports any problems to our support team and we can often resolve the issue without you even knowing about it.
SMARTalert also includes an app for remote power management. This allows you to turn a piece of home equipment on or off remotely without having to be next to your equipment rack.
The SMARTalert system requires additional hardware to be installed, but, in return, gives you the ultimate peace of mind for your smart home technology systems.

Are you having issues with your current system?
We will undertake a ‘System Audit’ to establish the state of your current system, which includes testing the cable infrastructure and all the equipment to determine what is working correctly and what isn’t.
We will then produce a report of our findings along with the options available to you for Cyberhomes to take responsibility for your smart home system and the costs involved for any upgrades you are interested in.
Unreliable systems are often the result or poor design which inevitably means the equipment rack cabling is chaotic, poorly labelled and with badly made connections.
In some cases, a system upgrade will only be worthwhile if we install a new equipment rack, to our industry-leading standards.
