Over our long history we've developed a tried-and-tested project process that ensures your project will be completed on time and to your complete satisfaction.
We have put together an outline of our processes below for you to see how it all works.
We’ll meet with you to discuss what’s needed for each room of your home, and for each individual that will be living there. If possible, we will do this at your property to fully understand your home. As part of the initial meeting we’ll also ask you to fill in a questionnaire to help us get to the heart of your requirements and find the best solution for you.
We’ll take time to discuss the different options with you and establish which systems offer the best fit for your requirements. We’ll then put together an initial proposal with outline costs and timescales.
Having agreed the solution and budget, we’ll work with you to create a final proposal with detailed costs. Our design team will then produce a functional specification for your approval and our team will agree installation dates.
A Cyberhomes Project Manager will be assigned to oversee your installation. We’ll carry out as much of the work as possible offsite to minimise disruption. For example, building your technology rack, device programming and testing your system will normally be undertaken at our workshop before dispatch to site.
We’ll work with you to determine your preferred level of Cyberhomes SMARTsupport cover. Then all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your home, enhanced with the latest technology. If and when you need it, you can be assured that our excellent after-sales care is always on hand.
