We design and build the entire room around the technology, so it performs better, looks better and does far more—we're the experts in bespoke golf simulator rooms, installed anywhere around the world.

The same acoustically-transparent screen that's engineered to withstand a golf ball strike also makes a superb home cinema and sports screen—so the room you built to practice your swing is also where the family gathers to watch the big match or a movie. A screen that does two jobs
This is where a Cyberhomes room really stands apart. We specify acoustically-transparent screen material that's engineered to take the impact of a real golf ball at full speed—yet performs as a high-quality home cinema and sports screen. Because the material is acoustically transparent, we can place speakers behind it, so the same screen you drive into delivers genuine cinema-grade sound when you switch to a film or the big match.
Impact screen and enclosure
You'll be hitting a real ball at real speed, so the screen and surrounding enclosure have to display a first-class image and safely absorb every shot. We design and build a robust, neatly finished enclosure that protects the room and the player while looking like a deliberate, premium part of the interior—not a bolt-on.
Discreetly integrated
Wherever possible, we recess the projector into the ceiling and conceal cabling and equipment, so the technology disappears into the room. The result is a clean, premium finish with nothing on show but the course—or the movie—in front of you.

Lighting in a golf simulator room has to be carefully judged. Too much stray light washes out the projected image; too little makes the room feel flat and uninviting. We design lighting that keeps the screen looking its best while keeping the space warm and usable.

Our engineers and designers supply and configure equipment from the best suppliers on the market, and give you the lowdown on exactly what your room needs—from launch monitor and projector to the PC running the simulation, the impact screen, the hitting mat and the surround.
Integrated AV—the Cyberhomes difference
Because we design the whole room, we build in proper AV from the outset rather than treating it as an extra. That means a high-quality projector and a full surround sound system—with the front speakers concealed behind the acoustically-transparent screen—so the room delivers immersive home cinema and an unbeatable atmosphere for watching live sport, not just golf. It's the kind of integrated AV a pop-up simulator simply can't offer.
Simulation software and courses
Your simulator can play famous championship courses, on-screen games and structured practice and coaching modes. We'll set the software up so it's ready to go and easy for anyone in the household to use.
Equipment rack
The PC and AV equipment that power a golf simulator generate heat, noise and a lot of cabling. Wherever possible we house these in a dedicated equipment rack, ideally sited outside the room. Cyberhomes has its own rack-building facility, where we design, build and test every rack and document the cable schedules that keep your system reliable and easy to service.
One simple control system
Once everything's installed, you'll want to use it with ease. We provide a single, intuitive interface—integrated into any existing home automation system—so you can power up the golf simulator, set the lighting, lower the blinds and start a round at the touch of a button or tap of an app. As approved installers of Savant, Crestron and Control4, we'll recommend the control system best suited to you.
Build and Project Management
Cyberhomes will work with you to design and create your perfect golf simulator room—whether it's a dedicated space, part of a games room, an outbuilding or a new-build project. We'll manage the project from start to finish.
Initially, we'll talk you through different concepts and develop a personalised mood board of interior finishes and colours. Our award-winning experts will then:
- Take exact measurements of your proposed cinema room with a laser device, or work with your architect on the planned design
- Create mood boards with our in-house interior designer to agree the room design, or work with your own interior designer
- Provide a 3D render of the room, so you can see exactly how your simulator room will look and amend the design before any structural work begins
- Carry out all structural work from detailed designs, including floor plans, construction drawings and 2D plans and elevations
- Fabricate and install the impact screen and enclosure, hitting area, projector and launch monitor for safe, accurate, immersive play
- Supply, install and test all AV and golf simulator equipment
- Acoustically treat and isolate the room where needed
- Calibrate the system so the on-screen image and the shot data are spot on
- Automate the room, integrating it into any existing systems or providing the latest control system
