Cyberhomes are actively following the latest advice from HM Government and Public Health England in order protect the health and safety of both our employees and our customers.
Until further notice, the Cyberhomes offices in Thame are closed and office-based staff are working from home. Everyone still has access to their email and telephones have been redirected accordingly.
Following the latest advice from Michael Gove on 24 March, we are also significantly reducing our on-site activity. As per the guidance; when a site is empty, our engineers are continuing to work on site and adhering to social distancing and the revised recommended Standard Operating Procedures issued by the Construction Leadership Council. However, for repairs and maintenance of existing systems where there are already occupants living in the property and any member of the household is self-isolating, our engineers will not be visiting the site until further notice.
Customers who have our SMARTsupport service can still have most issues resolved by our engineers using remote access capability. Please contact us if you require any assistance with keeping your system running. We know that for many families, especially those with children no longer able to attend school, having access to their home entertainment services have taken on a more pressing need in these exceptional times.
We will continue to keep our policy in review in line with updated Government advice. For the latest advice regarding Coronavirus, see nhs.uk/coronavirus and www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
To all our customers, please stay safe, stay healthy, and unless absolutely necessary, stay home.
